Ingredients

300g digestives

150g unsalted butter, melted

Filling

750g caramel sauce

2-3 large bananas

Topping

200ml double cream

50g icing sugar

25g chocolate sprinkles

Method

Preheat oven to 180C / 160C fan oven.

Mix melted butter with crushed biscuits, press firmly into base of a round 27cm pie dish. Bake for 10 mins, leave to cool completely.

Spoon caramel into case & smooth the top. Beat cream with icing sugar until thickened, slice bananas over the caramel, then top with the cream and chocolate sprinkles.
