This giant cinnamon roll is everything cosy baking should be. Made with buttery brown sugar cinnamon-filled fluffy dough and tangy sweet cream cheese frosting. It's the perfect autumn treat.

GIANT CINNAMON ROLL
Prep time 2.5 hours
Cook time 25-30 mins
Serves 8

Ingredients
Dough
115ml milk
115ml warm water
2 tsp yeast
115g butter
50g sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
570g bread flour

Filling
50g light brown sugar
35g dark brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
100g butter (softened)

Glaze
115g cream cheese
230g icing sugar
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla

Method
Mix flour, sugar, salt & yeast. Add eggs, butter, milk & water, knead 8–10 mins till soft.
Proof 1½ hrs till doubled. Roll out, spread butter, sprinkle cinnamon sugar.
Cut into 2 inch strips, roll into a giant spiral in buttered skillet.
Proof 30–45 mins, bake 25–30 mins @200°C/180°C fan.
Mix glaze, pour over warm roll.
