MINI EGG MALT DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES

Ingredients
150g butter
120g light brown sugar
3 eggs
140g self-raising flour
15g cocoa powder
25g malt powder
1–3 tbsp milk
100g dark chocolate chips
Pinch of salt
Buttercream
150g butter (softened)
280g icing sugar
30g malt powder
⅛ tsp salt
1–3 tbsp milk

Method
Preheat oven 180°C/160°C fan, line cupcake tin.
Beat butter & sugar till fluffy, add eggs. Mix in flour, cocoa, malt, choc chips & salt, then milk.
Divide into cases, bake 18–22 mins. Cool.
Whip buttercream, add icing sugar, malt & milk till fluffy.
Pipe on cupcakes, top with mini bunnies & crushed mini eggs.
