RYVITA ROCKY ROAD
Makes 9 large pieces or 16 small pieces
Prep time: 20-30 mins
Chill time 2 hours

Ingredients
200g Ryvita Fruit Crunch crispbread
145g butter
180g milk chocolate
100g dark chocolate
3 tbsp golden syrup
1 tbsp caramel sauce
100g mini marshmallows
100g mini eggs

Method
Line 18cm square tin, crush crispbread.
Melt butter, chocolate, caramel & syrup till smooth, cool slightly.
Mix with marshmallows & crispbread, coat well.
Press into tin, drizzle caramel, top with mini eggs & extra crispbread.
Chill 2 hrs, slice into squares.
