PUFF PASTRY APPLE FRANGIPANE TART

Ingredients
1 ready to roll puff pastry
75g ground almonds
75g golden caster sugar
75g butter (softened)
1 egg
1 orange (zest & juice)
6 apples

Method
Preheat oven 200°C/180°C fan, line tray.
Mix butter, sugar, almonds, egg & orange juice.
Roll pastry, score 1 inch border, prick base, spread filling.
Top with apple slices, bake 25–30 mins till golden.
Serve with creme fraiche.
